Just to throw it out there, all our silica gels and desiccants can be reactivated. This is the reason why we include some (if not all) orange indicating beads into the silica gel packets. The main purpose of these orange silica gels are to indicate whether the silica gels have been used (saturated). The way to tell is that the orange beads will turn green.
We do not advise you to reuse silica gels because the process can be troublesome and tedious, but we still want to let you know that our silica gels are indeed reusable.
How to regenerate your silica gels?
Our local post office is currently out of stock for Pos Daftar barcode label (tracking number) until further notice. Due to this, we will bare the cost and bump your delivery up to Pos Laju for free, with a minimum order of RM40. We previously charged additional RM6 for Pos Laju Upgrade.
Orders below RM40 will be sent out using regular mail postage; Take note that there will be NO TRACKING number and NO SIGNATURE required for your package upon delivery. Estimated arrival time can go up to 7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and longer for East Malaysia.
You are highly recommended to use Pos Laju!
We will continue to provide free Pos Daftar tracking again instead of regular mail postage once the barcode labels become available.
Please take note that we pack out 1 gram silica gels based on weight :)
We do hope you can understand that we do not count each and every one of the packets that we pack. We always ensure that we add a little more weight to your pack so that there would be a high chance you would get more silica gels than you asked for, but in the instance that you do get short of a few packets, we truly apologise.
